I build the human capacity behind digital change

"Technology doesn't transform organisations. People do — when they're equipped, inspired, and empowered to remain the authors of their own future."

With over 20 years spanning the United Nations, humanitarian innovation, and global consulting, I specialise in the intersection of AI adoption, organisational learning, and AI governance. My work is grounded in a fundamental belief: that in the age of AI, the most urgent challenge is not technical — it is preserving human authorship, cultural sovereignty, and the capacity of governments and institutions to remain genuinely in control of their own futures.
